We Sell Mats announces a new initiative called "Ask Chanel." Our customers are invited to call, email or chat their questions about our products and services, and our Customer Experience Team Lead, Chanel addresses them one video at a time.
Chanel works hard to ensure her customers feel like family when they contact We Sell Mats™. We sat down with her to learn what frequently asked questions she and her team experience regularly, in hopes that these questions can help other We Sell Mats™ customers quickly find the best answers to their floor mat questions.

What are workout mats for?
Our Folding Exercise Mats are designed to support you during your workout routine. You can use these mats for various workouts, including sit-ups, burpees, and strength training.
What makes We Sell Mats™ different from other mats?
Besides the fact that we offer a premier customer experience, our mats are intentionally stitched to ensure durability. We use an advanced crosslink polyethylene foam to ensure the mats offer balance and stability.
What should I look for when buying an exercise mat?
Consider what type of fitness activities you will be doing and what level of comfort you are looking for. Keep in mind you should choose a mat that is proportionate to your height and weight. If cost is a factor, select something that fits into your budget as well. Most importantly, choose something that is durable.
How long do We Sell Mat products last on frequently used items?
Longevity depends on your overall usage. If the mats are cleaned and properly cared for, then they should remain durable for you. We do not currently have them tested for a specific time frame of longevity. However, considering these mats are stitched to ensure durability, if you care for the mat properly, that will help sustain its durability.
Do you work with influencers?
Absolutely. Who better to promote the usage of our mats? We have an ambassador program where we provide influencers with some of our products to try out and share with their online community. Our ambassadors provide 2-4 pieces of content monthly. They also tag us and any followers on their content.
Are We Sell Mats™ products available at a retail store?
That’s a great question! While our products are not available in a traditional brick-and-mortar store, our products are currently sold online at www.wesellmats.com, Wayfair.com. Amazon.com, and Walmart.com. As we grow, we plan to have our products sold in other online stores and brick-and-mortar retail stores.
Do you offer military and/or student discounts?
Absolutely. We appreciate the service that our military community has provided to our country. We understand many Military Service members have fixed incomes. So, it is our pleasure on top of being able to offer economical flooring solutions, to also provide a 10% Military Discount.
What is Chanel’s favorite WSM product and why?
My favorite product, hands down, are our Forest Floor® Printed Foam Mats. Particularly the color Slate. I fell in love with this color when I first started working for the company. I could not stop looking at it. When customers were looking for a unique flooring with gray highlights, I kept promoting it. I finally ended up putting the flooring in my kitchen. Every day I look at it, I am proud!
