Brand new merchandise in the original packaging can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item(s)."If returned items are not received in new condition, fees may apply. Discontinued Items are not eligible for return.
Please Note: Gymnastics, Exercise Mats & Skill Shapers are only returnable in the original protective gray wrap that they arrived in. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will be charged for any mats that arrive with debris on the mats or Velcro straps.
Customers should share photos and request a Return Authorization (RA#) by contacting our Customer Experience Team. They can be reached via phone at 704-799-9947 or via email at hello@wesellmats.com. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping charges, if any, are nonrefundable.
Returns must have the RA# on or in the package, so our Returns Department knows which order to reference. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date we receive the return. If no RA# is present, processing your return may be delayed. Returns must be delivered within 30 days of opening a return request.
Items sold by We Sell Mats are intended for end-user customers only. Our return policy does not cover persons or businesses that purchase items for resale.
*Please Note: Gift Certificates are nonrefundable. Returns are not accepted on custom orders of Commercial Grade Rubber Flooring or closeout discontinued items.
We Sell Mats is not responsible for any original or return shipping cost. Customers are responsible for locating a shipper to return the order.
Return shipping label costs only applies to labels provided by We Sell Mats.

While we work diligently to ship orders promptly, delivery timelines are ultimately determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.
In the event you decide to return a gift that arrived later than expected, please reach out to us for return instructions. Original shipping and return shipping cost are customer responsibility.
