Return Policy


Brand new merchandise in the original packaging can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Customers should request a Return Authorization (RA#) by contacting our Customer Experience Team. They can be reached via phone at 888-737-6287 or via email at  Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping charges, if any, are nonrefundable.


Returns must have the RA# on or in the package, so our Returns Department knows which order to reference.  Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date we receive the return. If no RA# is present, processing your return may be delayed.  Returns must be delivered within 30 days of opening a return request.

Items sold by We Sell Mats are intended for end-user customers only.  Our return policy does not cover persons or businesses that purchase items for commercial use or resale. 


*Please Note: Gift Certificates are nonrefundable. Returns are not accepted on custom orders of Commercial Grade Rubber Flooring or closeout discontinued items.

We Sell Mats is not responsible for any original or return shipping cost. Customers are responsible for locating a shipper to return the order.
