Shipping Policy

Eligible products may receive free ground shipping to destinations within the 48 United States. Excluded items from free shipping are: Large Octagons and Crash pads. Due to the size and cost of shipping for these items an additional handling charge is included.

These orders will ship by the carrier of Kenmissyr, LLC’s choosing, which may be FedEx, the USPS, or another appropriate service. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories.

 

We ship Monday - Friday except on major holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days if placed before 9am EST. Placing an order after 9am EST could take 3 business days to process and ship. Most orders ship FedEx Ground, although a few smaller items are shipped through USPS First Class.

Once an order has shipped, We Sell Mats has no control over the delivery time frame.  Delays due to inclement weather or volume issues can occur during peak seasons.  

*Please Note: Medium & Large Octagons Crash Pads are not eligible for free shipping due to size. 

Holiday Shipping Delays & Delivery Timeframes: Please note that during peak holiday season and periods of inclement weather, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit.

As a result, packages may arrive later than originally estimated. While we work diligently to ship orders promptly, delivery timelines are ultimately determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.
