FAQs about orders/deliveries and precautions we are taking in regards to the COVID-19 virus:
Can I still place an order?
Yes, we are open and shipping Monday - Friday as usual. However, delivery times may be a little longer. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current COVID-19 provisions (example: schools, gyms, convention centers). Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days if placed before 9am EST. Placing an order after 9am EST could take 5 business days. Most orders ship FedEx Ground, although a few smaller items are shipped through USPS First Class.
What's the status of my order and delivery?
You can track your order and deliveries from Your Orders on wesellmats.com. Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details and on your emailed confirmation. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate tracking information.
Can I still return items?
Yes. We are still processing returns. To learn more about our return policy, please visit the Return Policy page.
What is the best way to contact you?
We encourage you to email us at email@example.com. We are working with a limited staff at this time and phone calls may go directly to voice mail. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will return phone calls, however, turnaround times can take at least 24 hours.
What is We Sell Mats doing to keep customers and employees safe?
We are closely monitoring the current status of COVID-19. We Sell Mats is an eCommerce business, meaning there is not a brick and mortar location; our sales are done completely online. Customers do not enter our offices or warehouses. We do have pickup and deliveries daily and we are taking extreme measures to limit drivers from entering our buildings. If entrance is necessary, drivers must wear a mask and have their temperature taken before entering. Anyone registering a temperature over the CDC-recommended number will not be allowed into the buildings under any circumstances. Each We Sell Mats employee must also adhere to this policy. Employees wear a mask during their shifts and keep 6 feet or more of distance from each other at all times. They must wash their hands multiple times per day and wipe down their areas with sanitizing cloths and sprays.
