Great Purchase! Review by Jennifer
I got this for my 8 year-old daughter. She's always doing gymnastics all over the house. Previously I had used tape on the floor for her “balance beam" but this really makes her focus on balance and has improved her beam skills. She can even put it away when she's done with it!
Great for kids and small spaces Review by C. Chadwell
Perfect for my 7 year-old. She can move it herself wherever she wants it. We fold it in half and stand it in a corner when she's not using it.
Great gift Review by Rosalin Kordon
This was a gift for my 6 year-old granddaughter and she loves it, but she has to share it with her older sisters as well!
Must have for future Olympians Review by Walter
Great indoor beam. Daughter uses it five days a week and it's holding up well. Nice investment.
10 year old loves it Review by Jomaira
Daughter has transitioned from power tumbling to gymnastics, and this beam is perfect at home and I don't have to worry about her getting hurt.
Great practice beam Review by Customer
This beam is just the right size for our living room. My daughter uses it almost every day and loves it. She especially likes it when she falls and hits her head and it doesn't hurt!
Gold medal! Review by Phillip Tripp
We love our practice beam! So happy it folds so it's easy to put away.
Ages 6 and 10 Love it Review by Customer
This practice beam is long and soft enough for my girls to practice their skills at home. I love that it folds for storage.

Hello, my daughter is an xcel silver level gymnast and was wondering if this medium density beam would be adequate or should she have the high density beam? Thank you in advance for your help.

The medium density beam is, as you would expect, a bit softer underfoot. It is generally intended for younger and less experienced gymnasts in order to be more forgiving. The higher density provides more stability which is important as the gymnast (and her routines) become more advanced.
