Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping for We Sell Mats packages is supplied by FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping options are also available. Special requirements such as APO addresses, freight shipments, and international destinations are evaluated and quoted on a case-by-case basis.
International Shipping by Bongo
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers. At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address. Please note that all payment, shipping, or return requests for international orders should be submitted to Bongo at Support@BongoUS.com

We Sell Mats is dedicated to the privacy and security of our customers. Our Web site is designed to ask for only that information that is necessary to provide the services that you request. Please keep in mind that these are services, not requirements. We've been careful to design this Web site so that you aren't required to provide any information to access it.
Purchases require your name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone numbers and credit card information. We never exchange e-mail addresses or phone numbers with others. They are used only to contact you if there is some question about your order. Our secure handling of credit card information is covered in the Security information that follows.
In only one case will the information you provide ever leave We Sell Mats. If you purchase from us, we occasionally exchange your name and address with organizations that provide similar products and services. If you do not want to have your name made available to other companies, please contact us by phone (704-929-8945) or E-mail, and we will flag your account so that the information will never be exchanged.
We fully understand why some of our customers would like to receive less sales and promotion literature through the mail. Returns & Replacements
Product may be returned in its un-opened, original packaging within 30 days for refund or exchage. All returns require a return authorization number, which may be procured by contacting Customer Service. Products returned without an approved return authorization number may be ineligible for refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including all initial and return shipping costs. We Sell Mats will refund total paid less any initial shipping and handling charges. Refused packages are subject to additional charges.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We Sell Mats accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We are happy to offer customers the option to complete checkout through our secure shopping cart or through their own Google Checkout account.  Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Commercial accounts may also submit purchase orders with a valid PO number.
Viewing Orders
We Sell Mats offers you the choice to checkout as a Guest or to create a Customer account. Those who create a Customer account will have the ability to log-in to the site and view their order progress as well as track their packages after shipment.
Updating Account Information
Customers who elect to create an account with We Sell Mats are able to log-in to the site at any time to update the personal information stored in their account settings.

Can EVA foam flooring be used over carpet?
We do not recommend using EVA foam flooring over carpet since carpet does not provide an even surface. Uneven surfaces may cause the interlocking tiles to separate at the seams.
What is We Sell Mats return policy?

How difficult is installation?
Our EVA foam and carpeted tiles are incredibly easy to install. The interlocking knobs quickly piece together and require no cutting for a non-wall to wall coverage. For areas that need to be wall to wall, tiles can be cut with a straight edge and sharp utility knife.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most products are in stock ready to ship. Standard orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Expedited orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking information allowing you to track your package(s).
Do we ship to APO: AE, AA or AP addresses?
Yes, we can ship to any military address using USPS (Priority mail or Parcel Post). Please contact customer service for a rate quote.
How can EVA foam tiles be cleaned?
Tiles can be spot cleaned with a damp sponge or soft cloth using a mild detergent. When needed, tiles can be moped using a mild household detergent and warm water. Be sure to rinse properly and allow to dry before using. Our EVA foam flooring is non-porous so flooring will not absorb liquids. It is not recommend to use an oil based cleaner since flooring will become slippery. Mats can be vacuumed using a standard household vacuum (w/o brush). It is recommended that you test an area of the mat with the vacuum to ensure no damage due to vacuum.
