Be the Hero of Your Fitness Routine

As the holidays approach, the last thing on your mind is keeping up with your workout plans. You're thinking about parties, presents, and frankly, pounds. The best way to keep the Festive Five from clinging to your middle this year is to take charge of your workout before the demands of the holiday season take charge of you.

A home gym doesn't have to be the spread of an entire basement or the whole garage. Even a small dedicated space delineated by some thick, supportive EVA foam workout mats will be all you need to help you stay on track, focused with laser-beam precision, on your health and fitness goals. And it doesn't require super-speed or the ability to see through buildings.

Workout mats make it easier to do the things super heroes do, the hard things no one else wants to do. Approaching your fitness routine in this way makes you the hero of the home gym. You certainly don't feel like running into that burning building (the corner of the basement where your weight set is sitting), or leaping off the top of that building to escape the bad guy (taking one more plyometric plunge off the block), but doing those things makes you the hero.
